Amelia top, my contribution to Issue 180 of Knitnow magazine
So excited to have my Amelia top featured on the cover of Issue 180 of "Knitnow" magazine 😊
Knit Now is on sale from 17th April in shops across the UK. Within this month’s issue of Knit Now you will find plenty of tips, tricks, ideas and inspiration from your favourite brands and designers, including lots of projects for you to try whether you want something quick and simple, a challenge to get stuck into, or have a yarn stash that needs reducing. Included in the mag is a central pullout of easy spring knits, a super easy sweater for beginners and beyond, and a delightful cable jumper in on-trend emerald green. Plus there are toys and knitwear for little ones, along with accessories you’ll love.
Amelia is worked flat in two pieces from the bottom up then sewn together. The sleeves are shaped as part of the Front and Back pieces. Neckband and
armbands are picked up and worked in lace to finish. Stripes, lace and tiny bobbles are combined with bright colors to create a “must have” spring sweater.
Knitted with Scheepjes Catona yarn.

Ribbons & Raindrops Sweater
The Ribbons & Raindrops Sweater offers a refreshing take on a classic striped design, combining elements of texture and color to create a playful yet sophisticated look. Designed in stockinette stitch, the sweater is interrupted by colorful "ribbons" of garter stitch and "raindrops" of purl dots, adding an eye-catching detail. The hems and boat-neck are finished with mock cable ribbing for a polished, textured touch.
The sweater was knitted with Scheepjes Catona yarn.
